Mrs. Kahler is a wife and mother with a passion for leading teams that harness individuals’ unique gifts. Prior to having children, Mrs. Kahler was a non-profit leader with the American Red Cross of Colorado and Wyoming where she oversaw recruitment and retention for over 2,000 volunteers, as well as disaster response staffing. Prior to that, she led the U.S. office for Tostan, an international development and education organization based in West Africa.

In recent years, Mrs. Kahler has been blessed to be home with her two girls, including two years of homeschooling, during which she fell in love with classical Christian education. When not teaching, Mrs. Kahler focused her efforts on raising money for causes that matter to her. In 2017, she led the annual giving campaign for her church that resulted in a 7% increase over the previous year’s campaign. Most recently, Mrs. Kahler served as Vice President of the Leadership Program of the Rockies Class of 2022, during which she led her class to raise a record-breaking gift, outpacing the prior record by over 80%.

Presently, Mrs. Kahler serves on the Leadership Program of the Rockies Advisory Council and the boards of Colorado Classical School and reGeneration Communities (Pennsylvania). All told, Mrs. Kahler has over 20 years of experience building record-breaking teams, composed of people ranging in age from teens to octogenarians, with education levels ranging from elementary to PhDs, and from three different continents.

Along with her beloved husband, Mrs. Kahler has been blessed to call Colorado home for the last 12 years. When not at CCS, she can be found with her family, gardening, reading, or walking their two dogs.
